Normally, the feed processing machine has been inspected and checked several times before it leaves the factory. The motor has been sealed and the coupling has been calibrated. Please do not loosen it. During use, the staff needs to periodically clean the iron impurities on the permanent magnet and the permanent magnet plate of the feeder. At the same time, during the operation of the equipment, it is also necessary to carefully check whether the fineness of the raw material crushed product meets the production requirements.
At the same time, we must also pay attention to observe the operation status of the feed processing machinery. In particular, it should be noted that after a period of use, the dust collector bag should be cleaned or replaced regularly (to ensure the bag is breathable), and the working condition of the solenoid valve should be checked regularly (see if it can be normal). jobs). In addition, the wear of each consumable part should be checked regularly and replaced if necessary.
Also pay attention to the vibration of the feed processing machinery. If it is found that the hammer is severely worn and needs to be replaced, care should be taken to ensure the weight difference between the two hammers on the opposite (1800 direction) hammer pin shaft is less than 1g and two opposite (1800 direction) hammer pins. The total weight difference of the hammer on the shaft is ≤ 2g. If it is found that the screen is seriously worn and needs to be replaced, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the flatness of the new screen and the size of the screen are reasonable, and whether the installation is in place, it is better to make the screen surface face inward when installing.
In addition, if the feed processing machine suddenly has abnormalities such as high vibration and high noise, it is necessary to stop the inspection immediately. Lubrication and care should be done during daily use. If the output of feed processing machinery is found to drop suddenly, in addition to the raw material factors, it is important to check whether the air supply door is in place, whether the air is leaking, whether the pulse bag is blocked, whether the solenoid valve or the fan is working properly .
