First, in the process of selecting the feed machinery, it is necessary to consider the influence of various factors on different processing machines. For example, when selecting a pulverizer, factors such as production demand, particle size of raw materials, moisture, friability of raw materials, hygroscopicity of raw materials, and sensitivity of raw materials to temperature should be considered. At the same time, we must also consider the requirements of the subsequent process on the crushing size. As a user, reasonable selection helps to maximize the performance of production equipment in production, to meet production with less power consumption, high productivity and high output, while maximizing the quality requirements of finished feed.

When installing, be sure to find the flat and secure the anchor bolts to ensure that the shredder is firmly fixed to the foundation. The pulverizers are preferably installed separately or installed in the basement to provide sound insulation.
In addition, special attention should be paid to the installation of the feeder and the discharge system when installing the feed machine. Usually the feeder selection should be the same as the width of the pulverizer inlet to ensure uniform distribution of the material into the pulverizer. The discharge system of the feed machinery should ensure that the various connecting sections and the airlocks are sealed and airtight, and the number of elbows in the pipeline installation should be minimized. The direction of the duct and the way of the air outlet should be installed correctly.
